Proposals and site plan
The proposal is for a development of a 17-acre self-contained triathlon training and leisure facility in the South of Doncaster City and will be a first of its kind for our region.
The development will boast some incredible features:
- 5-acre lake for open-water swimming and all water based activities,
- 1000m running track,
- Trim trail stations aimed at core body conditioning through the use of calisthenic training,
- Outdoor training areas,
- MUGA courts
- Facilities building boasting a reception, showers, toilets and storage
- Café,
- On site parking for cars,
- EV Charging
- Bike parking
- Self contained Lodges,
- Designated area for caravans & motorhomes,
- Glamping and Camping with additional facilities
- Close proximity to all else Doncaster City has to offer with great access off of J3 M18.
The facility is to be open all year round.
